Shipping & Returns


Wholesale orders are prepared and filled per order. This personal touch takes it time. Expect your order being shipped within 3-7 business days depending on the seasonal peaks.

The parcels are picked up daily by GLS or DHL Express via a CO2-neutral shipment and go your way!

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice. Within 24 hours after receiving the invoice, we’ll send you a Track & Trace link by email so you can follow your delivery.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

 Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination country, weight, volume, and dimensions of your order.

Benelux & Germany

(Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany)

Orders of €300 or more are shipped free of charge.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the size and weight of the parcel.

Other EU countries

For all other European Union countries, shipping is free for orders of €500 or more.

For orders below €500, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package specifications.

Export & Non-EU countries

For export destinations such as Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan, shipping is always charged.

The shipping rate is determined by weight, volume, package dimensions and destination. Depending on the size of the shipment, orders are sent via pallet transport or express carriers such as FedEx or DHL Express.

Because export shipping depends heavily on the final packed weight, volume, and dimensions, the exact shipping rate can only be calculated after your order has been prepared and packed in our warehouse. Once packed, we calculate the most efficient shipping method. The final shipping cost will then be added to your invoice.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be applied by customs authorities upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

You may return unused and unopened products within 15 days after the date of purchase. The diffuser must be returned complete, clean, and in its original box.

Please send an email in advance to [email protected] so we can monitor and expect your return shipment.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Always send the package with track and trace shipping.

After shipping the return, please email a photo of the return receipt to [email protected]​e and keep the receipt safely until the return has been fully processed. The maximum processing time for returns is 30 days after we receive the package.

Due to hygiene and cosmetics regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened essential oils, base oils, herbs, hydrosols, or cosmetic products.

Please note that small variations in bottle fill levels may occur due to differences in oil density. These variations are normal and are not eligible for exchange or return.

After you’ve sent the product back to us and we have received it correctly, we’ll refund the purchase amount, including any shipping costs, as soon as possible. We aim to do this within 30 days. We will pay you back using the same payment method you chose.

Yes. The term ‘legal guarantee’ means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect it to be. For diffusers you buy from us you have a legal guarantee of 2 years. For all other products, it counts until the expiry date that you can find on the product.
