Wholesale orders are prepared and filled per order. This personal touch takes it time. Expect your order being shipped within 1-4 business days depending on the seasonal peaks.

Delivery time depends on how busy the parcel service is, but it’s usually within 1-2 days. The parcels are picked up daily by BPost (Belgium) or DPD via a CO2-neutral shipment and go your way!

When we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email with the track &trace code (don’t forget to check your spam folder).

For orders above €200 within Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, we deliver your order free of charge.

If your order is less than €200  you’ll pay €9,8 delivery costs.

We also deliver to the following countries: France, Austria, Australia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Portugal and Spain.

There, we apply €15,6 shipping costs for orders below €600. If you order over €600 the delivery is free of charge.

For countries outside the EU, including Norway and Switzerland, the shipping costs are always calculated per order to get the cheapest and fastest delivery. You’ll receive an email from us with the shipping price and payment link.

How can I return my products?

You may return your (un-used/un-opened) products within 15 days after purchase.

The diffuser must be returned in the same box and needs to be complete and clean.

Please send us an e-mail beforehand to [email protected] so we can keep an eye on the return.

You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Always send it with track and trace! We estimate that the costs will be a maximum of €7 within Belgium. Maximum duration of return processing is 30 days.

After sending, please email a photo of the return slip to [email protected] and keep it safe until the return has been fully processed.

You can also bring the product back to our office.

Would you like to return another product?

Due to hygiene and cosmetics legislation, we do not have a return service for opened essential oils, base oils, herbs, hydrosols and cosmetic products. Please be aware that variations in the fill levels of our bottles may occur due to differences in the density of the oil. These cannot be exchanged or returned.

After you’ve sent the product back to us and we have received it correctly, we’ll refund the purchase amount, including any shipping costs, as soon as possible. We aim to do this within 30 days. We will pay you back using the same payment method you chose.

Yes. The term ‘legal guarantee’ means that a product is or should be that which the consumer may reasonably expect it to be. For diffusers you buy from us you have a legal guarantee of 2 years. For all other products, it counts until the expiry date that you can find on the product.
